Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 17, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ForceVue ("Service") operated by ForceVue ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ForceVue. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ForceVue is an AI-powered SaaS platform providing product management tools designed for fractional CPOs and consulting product managers. Features may include AI-assisted roadmapping, brief generation, stakeholder reporting, and related capabilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately at support@forcevue.com of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accounts may not be shared or transferred without our written consent

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Fees.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees are stated at the time of purchase and may change with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Billing.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4.3 Refunds.

Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We may offer refunds at our sole discretion.

4.4 Taxes.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices do not include taxes unless stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, infringing, or fraudulent content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Circumvent security measures or access accounts you do not own
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization
  • Use the Service in a manner that disrupts or degrades its performance for others

6. Your Content

6.1 Ownership.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit to the Service ("Your Content").

6.2 License to Us.

You grant ForceVue a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6.3 Responsibility.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

6.4 AI-Generated Content.

The Service may generate content using artificial intelligence. Such output is provided as-is and should be reviewed for accuracy before use. ForceVue does not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, trademarks, and proprietary content, is owned by ForceVue or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or rights to ForceVue's intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://forcevue.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FORCEVUE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO FORCEVUE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ForceVue and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) Your Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Term and Termination

13.1 By You.

You may cancel your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support@forcevue.com.

13.2 By Us.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in harmful conduct, or if required by law.

13.3 Effect of Termination.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
