ForceVue plans differ on price, monthly AI generation quota, and what kind of workspaces and team access you get.

A "generation" is one document the AI writes for you (or one document drafted through the API). Refining text with AI does not count against this quota. See Usage & limits.
Pro and Team are bought through Stripe at signup. Free and Internal are assigned by us. Consultant adds hierarchical client workspaces.
The 7-day trial
When you sign up for Pro or Team, you enter your card and start a 7-day free trial. The subscription begins in trial and is not charged until day 7. You can cancel any time before then in Settings and you will not be billed.
The trial is a trial period on a real subscription, not a separate plan. Your full plan quota is available during the trial.

Seats
On Team and Consultant plans, each person who joins your workspace is a seat. Adding a member adds a seat to your subscription, and removing a member frees one. Seat changes are handled for you when you invite or remove people in Settings. See Team members & roles.
Managing your plan
Everything billing-related lives in Settings → Subscription:
- See your current plan and this month's generation usage.
- Update your card or billing details.
- Change plans.
- Cancel. Cancelling during the trial means no charge. Cancelling a paid plan keeps access through the end of the current billing period, after which the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your workspaces and documents stay intact.
